We had our ceremony in the Glasshouse which was stunning. We also loved that the Pasture Barn offered a patio and fire pit for our guests during the reception because not everyone likes to dance. Additional Information:

  • Glasshouse packages do not offer get-ready rooms at this time.

  • Our Sperry Tent is only up May-November. If booking an off-season Barn wedding and you want to have a tented reception, please let us know on your tour and we will help you find a tent from a trusted vendor to match your guest count.

  • We do offer a bonus when you choose to book on Friday — Two Day Option:

    • You have the option to add Thursday from 4pm-8pm to your Friday reservation for a $1,000 Thursday fee

    • This means you can take your time decorating and rehearsing.

  • Please inquire for weekday pricing and availability.

Please Note:

  • We require a $1M event insurance policy that lists Robin Hills Farm as the additional insured. You can go to theeventhelper.com for this for around $250.

  • Pricing is subject to change at any time. Your contract rate and terms will be based on the date the contract is written, not the date of the tour. (Sometimes couples tour weeks or months before they book, or before we open a future year calendar for booking.  If there has been a change in rate, the contracted investment/terms will be based on the date we wrote the contract, not the date of the tour).

  • Robin Hills Farm has no hidden fees. If you are looking to do a Fall wedding at the Barn, tent heaters (80,000BTUs) are available for $200 each (we recommend two).

  • Robin Hills Farm is fully licensed to provide beer, wine, and alcohol for your event.  No outside alcohol is permitted.
