Join us in the Dragon Pond at Robin Hills Farm for a 90-minute paddlefit class led by instructor Roo Morgan of Eclipse Yoga. Paddlefit is a full body, non-impact workout. Your stabilizer & core muscles will feel it, without any sit ups. Paddling laps and exercises on the boards. No paddling experience required. Think “way too hard?” Modifications are given for all levels. Worse case, you fall in – it’s refreshing! Boards & paddles included.
